HIIT, Barre, Tabata & Boot Camps

 

Outfitted with the newest bootcamp equipment, our group fitness studio is game on for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit group workouts. Step up to the bar, ropes, tires, and free weights, and unleash your most powerful self. You can measure and monitor your performance with your Myzone belt, to take your fitness to the next level. Designed for athletes and beginners alike, you’ll inspire and energize your mind and body in powerful new ways.

CORE FULL BODY
Our Signature class that incorporates intervals of cardio and strength utilizing every muscle group to give you a full body burn!  This class will use different equipment each week to enhance your workouts and give you the ultimate CORE experience.

CORE UPPER BODY FOCUS
Our signature workout using cardio intervals and challenging the upper body.  You will burn the Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, and CORE.

CORE LOWER BODY FOCUS
Our signature workout using cardio intervals and focusing on those legs and glutes.  Be prepared for a CORE burn on those quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs, and butt!

CORE HYBRID
Take our Cycle Class and CORE Signature Class and combine the two for the ultimate mix up!  We will take you on a ride for 30 minutes and then take you into the “Green Room” for our CORE Full Body for an express circuit.
