HIIT, Barre, Tabata & Boot Camps

 

Outfitted with the newest bootcamp equipment, our group fitness studio is game on for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit group workouts. Step up to the bar, ropes, tires, and free weights, and unleash your most powerful self. You can measure and monitor your performance with your Myzone belt, to take your fitness to the next level. Designed for athletes and beginners alike, you’ll inspire and energize your mind and body in powerful new ways.

BOOT CAMP
This class will incorporate an interval style workout combining weight training, core stability exercises and bursts of cardiovascular work in between sets of strength. This class is designed to “surprise” the muscles and challenge your CORE. We will incorporate heavy weights, light weights, resistance bands, jump ropes, gliders, and either step benches or BOSU balls. This class is doable for all levels of fitness with modifications.

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is where it's at for maximum caloric burn. This high cardio timed class will burn fat and increase muscle in the shortest amount of time, using circuit training utilizing our customized Fitbenches, Woodway Treadmills, jump ropes and other various props.

CIRCUIT
Various stations utilizing our customized FitBenches, Woodway Treadmills, hand weights and other props to challenge you! This class is doable for all levels of fitness with modifications.

CORE 360
Our signature class that incorporates intervals of cardio and strength utilizing every muscle group to give you a full body burn! This class will use different equipment each week to enhance your workout and give you the ultimate CORE experience.

CORE SCULPT
A basic vinyasa yoga sequence mixed with elements of high intensity cardio bursts, hand weights, and body weight exercises set to the rhythm of upbeat music. This class is heated, so prepare to sweat in this barefoot workout!
