BARRE SCULPT
This high-energy barre class is designed to sculpt, tone, and elevate. Using ballet-based exercises, light resistance, and cardio-driven intervals, Barre Sculpt targets the arms, glutes, thighs, and core while keeping the workout dynamic and engaging. Fast-paced, challenging, and incredibly fun.
LAGREE
A signature 50-minute, total-body sculpt performed on the Megaformer. This low-impact, high-intensity workout uses slow-tempo, controlled movements and extended time under tension for deep muscle activation and powerful results. Each intentional rep is designed to fatigue muscles at their deepest level while keeping joints protected. Expect a luxurious burn, visible results, and an undeniable shake as you push to new limits.
