FITBENCH & TREADS

This class will utilize our customized FitBench® and Woodway treadmills to take your fitness training to the next level! This class will work the full body incorporating strength training exercises, paired with cardiovascular bursts to increase overall strength, power, and endurance. Get stronger mentally and physically.

SUSPENSION BURN

This class is the perfect mix to target your balance, strength, flexibility, mobility, and power using the TRX® suspension trainer. With the addition of our Woodway treadmills, this class will work the full body, pushing your cardiovascular limits.


PUNCH + POWER

A high-energy, boxing-inspired workout designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence. This class combines dynamic cardio intervals with balance training and bodyweight core work for a full-body burn. You’ll sweat, punch, and move with purpose. Leaving class feeling strong and empowered.

Boxing gloves and hand wraps required.

TRIPLE BURN

Three formats. One complete workout. Triple Burn delivers 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of core for a balanced, efficient, full-body burn. Designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and challenge your core, this class keeps you moving with intention from start to finish. Powerful, effective, and results-driven.

CORE POWER 50

A 50-minute, 4 x 4 training format designed to build strength, power, and cardiovascular endurance. Each interval alternates 4 minutes of strength training with 4 minutes of power-based cardio, keeping your heart rate high while developing full-body strength. Expect purposeful programming, efficient transitions, and a workout that challenges both muscle and mindset.

CORE CIRCUIT

Train in an exclusive personal training studio equipped with specialized equipment designed for maximum results. This interval-based circuit class combines weight training, core stability work, and strategic bursts of cardio woven between strength sets to keep your body challenged and engaged. Each session is intentionally programmed to surprise the muscles, elevate your heart rate, and strengthen your CORE, delivering a dynamic, full-body workout that feels fresh, challenging, and highly effective.

FITBENCH + STRENGTH

Train in a small-group setting with one of CORE’s Certified Personal Trainers in this 60-minute strength-focused class. FITBENCH + STRENGTH is designed to build hypertrophy, maximal strength, and power through intentional programming and progressive overload. Classes alternate upper- and lower-body emphasis, with core work integrated to support total-body performance.

ROW + LIFT

This low-impact, interval-based class blends Concept2 rowing with curated strength training for a refined, full-body workout that builds cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and lean muscle, without stressing the joints. Thoughtfully programmed and expertly coached, each interval is designed to challenge and empower while remaining accessible and effective. Polished, powerful, and welcoming to all fitness levels.

 

hand wraps are required

A Hand Wrap is a strip of cloth used by boxers to protect their hand and wrist against injuries induced by punching. They are required in our Boxing Classes for safety and are sold in house. Watch our Core Wrapping 101 Video to learn how to wrap your hands for boxing class.
