CORE is the first studio in Rhode Island to offer Lagree, and we’re proud to share this innovative workout with you and our community. Our instructors are certified by a Master Trainer from California, and our classes are intentionally small. Limited to just eight or fewer people, you’ll receive attentive guidance and a workout like none you’ve ever experienced before.

What is lagree?

Lagree has taken the fitness world by storm, becoming a go-to for celebrities and fitness enthusiasts alike. So what is Lagree and why the hype?

High intensity, low impact and full body, Lagree blends Pilates-esque moves with resistance strength training. The machine behind Lagree—the Megaformer—uses spring-loaded resistance and slow (seriously slow!), deliberate movements to activate slow-twitch muscles and burn more energy longer.

Lagree is the only workout to combine cardio, strength, endurance, body composition and flexibility to tighten, tone and strengthen your body. It can be adjusted to all ages and all fitness levels, and offers added benefits for flexibility.
