Lagree blends Pilates-esque moves with resistance strength training.

The machine behind Lagree—the Megaformer—uses spring-loaded resistance and slow (seriously slow!), deliberate movements to activate slow-twitch muscles and burn more energy longer.

Lagree is the only workout to combine cardio, strength, endurance, body composition and flexibility to tighten, tone and strengthen your body. It can be adjusted to all ages and all fitness levels, and offers added benefits for flexibility.

WHY LAGREE AT CORE?

CORE is the first studio in Rhode Island to offer Lagree since 2019, and we’re proud to share this innovative workout with you and our community.

All Our instructors are certified by a Master Trainer from California and we are also the first studio as a team to complete level 2 training in record time!

Our classes are intentionally small (limited to just eight or fewer people) so you can receive attentive guidance and a workout like none you’ve ever experienced before.
