Denise Chakoian-Olney opened her Providence, RI Fitness Studio, CORE Center of Real Energy in April of 2006 after a long career in Corporate America, as well as opening CORE Pilates Mind/Body Studio in January of 2012 on the East Side. She has been in the fitness industry for over 21 years. She was trained from the age of 5 in Tap, Jazz, and Ballet and continued on this path, competing and teaching dance until she was 18 years of age. She then began working out in a fitness club and enjoyed the group atmosphere in exercise classes. She then began her journey in fitness starting with a certification by A.F.A.A. (American Fitness Association of America) as a Group Exercise Instructor. She then began teaching aerobics, Step Aerobics and Total Body sculpting classes in various health facilities. Denise then wanted to get deeper into the fitness industry and received training and certifications through Step Reebok, Mad Dogg Athletics Resist-A-Ball, NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine, Indo-Row, And Peak Pilates. Denise has designed her own Barre workout designed for her studio and her staff. She is currently in the process of being a Chek Practitioner. Denise is extremely passionate about her clients and love helping them achieve their goals.

Join us for a MYZONE® Open House! Wine, cheese, and trainers will be there to answer all your burning MYZONE® questions. The event will be held at our Angell Street, Wayland Square Studio from 7:00-8:00 pm.
