Last week there were no classes but this week we were back at it! The Boulevard was the place to run for class this week. It was really hot this week so we focused more on effort than on times. When it's really hot and humid out you should do the same, don't worry if you run slower than usual. Just think how much better you would feel if it were 20 degrees cooler out!
