CORE Prep (Introduction To Pilates)

This introductory series of 3 customized sessions is the ideal preparation to initiate your CORE Pilates experience and gives you the foundation to get the most out of your Pilates equipment sessions. Each CORE Prep session begins with a postural & movement assessment, followed by an active introduction to all Pilates apparatus. This is the prerequisite to all CORE Pilates sessions & passes.
