JUMPBOARD Circuit, Small Group Training
Experience Pilates like never before! A blend of hard core Pilates Reformer moves with the addition of low impact cardio training using the JUMPBOARD. This invigorating workout has you transitioning from toning with Pilates moves, to heart pumping JUMPBOARD training, finishing up with a deep stretch. Some Reformer experience is required.
Reformer ESST, Small Group Training
This Reformer Essentials class is great for participants who are new to Reformer classes. The pace is moderate, yet challenging and will stretch and tone all muscle groups. We do ask that you have some reformer experience prior to taking this class.
Reformer INT, Small Group Training
This dynamic and challenging full-body reformer workout focuses on improving flexibility and core strength. This is an Intermediate/Advanced level workout requires a considerable amount of reformer experience prior to taking class.
Reformer All Levels, Small Group Training
Open to all levels, this class gives participants the opportunity to practice and deepen their knowledge of the various stages of Pilates. This class is great for participants who are new to Reformer classes, we strongly encourage scheduling a private session if you have no Reformer experience.
Reformer for Beginners, Small Group Training
Explore the basics of Pilates Reformer with this dynamic full body workout. This class is geared towards beginners or those who want a slower pace, but still get a challenging workout! We do strongly scheduling a private training session before starting classes.
Power ½ Hour Reformer Workout, 30 Minute Small Group Training
Pressed for time? Then this high intensity, budget friendly workout designed for people on the go is for you! Set routines, consisting of exercises carefully selected for maximum benefit in the ½ hour class, will rotate every 5 weeks. Reformer experience required.
Pilates Mat, Group X
This is mind body work out on Mats will emphasizes core muscles while challenging your balance, stability, and core endurance. This class helps you balance strength with flexibility and streamline your body without stressing your joints. The Stability ball, bosu, fitness circle, and light hand weights may also be included in some classes. All levels welcome
