At CORE, your fitness goals are our main priority. CORE’s personal training includes one-on-one guidance through a custom designed program built for you by one of our trainers. Our certified trainers will use their vast experience and knowledge to help guide you on your journey toward health and wellness.
Work with us and you will see results. You will receive guidance through cardiovascular, strength training, and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) programs. The FMS philosophy helps us readily identify functional limitations and asymmetries, measuring the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns.
We will also give you recommendations on healthy eating habits to help you stay on track.
Semi Private Training
Duos and trios are a great way to receive in depth guidance from a trainer at an affordable rate. A duo includes a training session with you and a fitness partner while a Trio includes a workout with you and two fitness partners. CORE recommends that you choose partners that are well-matched with your level of fitness to ensure maximum benefits
